Accountability Partner’s Rules Guide
As a accountability partner you have three levels of control through Rules.
First level Master Rules
These rules control all users you are working with at once.
It’s like a virtual website on/off switch for all users.
If you decided to allow or suspend all users from a website you do it here.
1. With Master Rules highlighted click the Create Rules button which opens the input form.
2. Enter the Rule Url, Rule Notes (not required) and under Allow select Yes or No.
3. Press the Save button at the bottom of the page to activate the rule.
Second Level User Rules
This rule controls users individually.
It’s like a virtual website on/off switch for a single user.
If you would like to allow or suspend single users from a website you do it here.
1. With User Rules highlighted click the Create Rules button which opens the input form.
2. Enter the Rule Url, Rule Notes (not required) and under Allow select Yes or No.
3. Press the Save button at the bottom of the page to activate the rule.
Third Level Temporary Rules
This rule control users individually with a automatic shutoff timer.
This rule controls users individually with a virtual on switch controlled by you and a off switch controlled by the time set by you.
If you would like to suspend single users with a automatic time limit from a website you do it here.
1. With Temp Rules highlighted click the Create Rules button will open up the input form.
2. Type in the Rule Url, Rule Notes (not required). Next click on the End By box which pops out a window to select a time and date to end the website suspension.
3. Press the Save button at the bottom of the page to activate the rule.
