If you still would like to cancel please follow these steps.
1 - Uninstall WebFilter
Please follow the guide that would work for you from our KB. Show me the guides.
2 - Cancel your Subscription
- Go to WebFilternow.com
- Click on My Account > Login (This in on the upper right corner)
- Enter your credentials.
The ones used for paying for WebFilter. Please note that this is different from the information that you use to login into WebFilter to browse the internet.
- Click on Subscriptions > Dashboard View
- Click on Cancel and follow the steps there.
You can also simply send us a ticket asking for cancelation at email@example.com. We would then you a call to confirm and cancel it right away.
